He holds a B.ENGR (First Class Honors) from University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and a PGD in Science & Engineering from University Of Liverpool United Kingdom.

Chibuike Okogbue is an engineer by training with years of experience in quality management system. He has been involved in several notable EPC projects in East and West Nigeria; including Otumara-Saghara-Escravos Gas Pipeline Project; a Shell Petroleum Development Company project in Nigeria.
An IRCA trained ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, he is passionate about quality and standards. He is interested in Lean Six Sigma principles and application. Chibuike holds a BEngr. Mechanical Engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and MSc. Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland.
